Children born in 2011 are
eligible for Junior Kindergarten and children born in 2010 are eligible for
Senior Kindergarten.
Children who are already at Highland
Creek Junior Public School in Junior Kindergarten do not have to register for Senior Kindergarten.
At the time of registration, parents/guardians must bring all the
documents listed below:

If the child was born in Canada: Birth Certificate, Baptismal Record or
Canadian Passport
¨
If the child was born outside of Canada: Canadian Citizenship Card, Passport, Record
of Landing Form (IMM1000), Confirmation of Permanent Residence (IMM 5292),
Permanent Resident Card, Consideration of Eligibility (IMM 1442),
Acknowledgement of Refugee Claim (IMM 1442) or Notice of Decision Letter for
Refugee Claimants or TDSB School Admission Letter
¨ To show proof of address, any two of the following CURRENT documents: Current Lease or Deed, Car Registration, Utility
Bill, Telephone Bill for residence, Property Tax Bill, Bank Statement, Credit
Card Statement, Correspondence from a Government Agency (Driver’s License is
NOT acceptable)

Child’s Immunization Records

Health Card
¨
Parent/Guardian home, work and cell numbers
¨
Emergency contact (other than parent/guardian)
names and phone numbers

Legal
Custody Documents (if applicable)
